What counts as an AI search?

An AI search is when you describe your brand or campaign in plain English and MicroInfluencer suggests relevant niches and creators.

What is an advanced analytics report?

It is a creator deep-dive that goes beyond follower count - including engagement, view-to-follow ratio, view rate, topics they discuss most, and niche fit for your campaign.

Which platforms are included?

MicroInfluencer focuses on TikTok and Instagram microinfluencers. Creators in our database are manually reviewed before indexing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans run for the year you paid for; you can manage billing from your account.

Do you contact creators for me?

No. MicroInfluencer is a discovery and analytics tool. You find and evaluate creators here, then reach out to them directly.

What does fair use mean?

Fair use applies to prevent automated scraping and abuse. Normal campaign research for brands and agencies is unlimited on Pro.

Are creators manually reviewed?

Yes. Creators are manually reviewed before they are added to the database, so you start from higher-quality candidates. We're able to do this by utilising AI to filter out unsuitable candidates before they are reviewed by our team.

Is this a marketplace?

No. We are not an outreach agency or creator marketplace. We help you research and shortlist creators faster.

What happens when I run out of Free analytics reports?

Upgrade to Pro for unlimited advanced analytics reports and AI campaign searches.

Is CSV export available?

Not yet. CSV export is on our roadmap for Pro users. Everything you need to evaluate creators is available in the product today.
